Black/red tea from Samdrupcholing Bhutan. Bhutan, the last kingdom in the Himalayas. The tea fields from which this tea comes are located near the summer palace of the Second King of Bhutan, His Majesty Jigme Wangchuck and were originally planted around the 1950s. A collective of 34 women now run the farm, picking the tea by hand.
