Gao Cong Shui Xian, originating from Wuyi, China and harvested in 2023. This tea is made from the Shui Xian variety. The tea bushes are planted on poor soil and were planted 22 years ago and have been allowed to grow almpst unchecked for about 10 to 15 years to reach the right size. During these period the bushes are not harvested or trimmed. The result is a complex deep minaral aromatic tea, sweet, cinnamon with a roasted accent.
