Genmaicha Matcha Iri BIO, Green tea (Sencha) with puffed brown rice and matcha from certified organic cultivation from Kirishima, Kagoshima, Kyushu, Japan
Genmaicha is a soft mix of roasted and puffed brown rice and Sencha (variety Mukachi and Midori). The Matcha covers the Sencha leaves and rice and provides a fresh and soft taste. Because of the rice, this tea has the rich and savory taste of roasted grains or coffee, but the freshness of Matcha and Sencha. Balanced, full of flavor and smooth. The matcha makes the tea light green and cloudy in color. In Japan, this drink is often enjoyed with meals.
In the traditional Japanese way you can use 6 to 8 grams of tea per 200ml of water at 80ºC, 1 minute brewing time, lasts up to 3 brews.
