Gongfu theepot design
Gongfu teapot made entirely of borosilicate glass, wood (walnut), stainless steel and a loose silicone ring in the lid. The capacity of the filter is 175ml, the capacity of the pot 500ml. The dimensions are 60 x 85 x 130mm. You can cycle the pot by pressing the button on the lid. The teapot has a removable glass filter group with stainless steel strainer (175ml), an ingenious system to allow the tea to flow through when it has been sufficiently steeped. In short, the perfect pot to determine your own tea strength. Also very suitable for filling a (small) cup directly from the filter!

Sencha Fukamushi Super Premium Kyoto Style, schaduw geteeld. De gebruikte variëteit is Saemidori en de blaadjes zijn van een uizonderlijke kwaliteit en worden geplukt als de kleiine topjes nog zachten en onvolgroeid zijn. Deze sencha heeft een zachte, edele en zoete smaak en verfrissende geur. Het theevocht is lichtgroen, in tegenstelling tot de meeste sencha's die een geel theevocht opleveren. De theebladeren van deze sencha zijn schaduw geteeld voor een periode van ongeveer 5 tot 7 dagen net voor de oogst, om de smaak en zoetheid te verdiepen, voor een mooie balans tussen de zoetheid van schaduw geteelde thee en frisheid van sencha. De thee is langer gestoomd dan gebruikelijk is bij sencha, ook wel Sencha Fukamushi genoemd, of diep gestoomde sencha, het gevolg is dat de thee zijn smaak zeer makkelijk afgeeft.
