Indonesian tea
Bukit Sari (Buitenzorg) Tea Plantation is located in the picturesque landscape of West Java province. The organically certified plantation covers over 1400 hectares of land and has a rich heritage dating back to 1920 during the Dutch colonization of Indonesia.
At Bukit Sari, they have a deep respect for their heritage and culture, which inspires them to practice sustainable organic farming. Their ethos of “Nature Pure Sustainable” ensures that they continually strive to produce high-quality tea while preserving the natural environment. The tea is picked and processed in the original way to achieve the unmistakable flavors.
One of the unique features of our plantation is the abundant presence of water, which is not only used for the plantation, but also for a micro-hydro generator. This natural abundance not only supports our activities, but also serves as a testament to the harmonious relationship between nature and agriculture.
