Rohini Clonal Moonlight Darjeeling, autumn harvest 2022 (EX-096/22). A slightly oxidized high-end tea from one of the highest tea gardens in Darjeeling, "Rohini Tea Estate". An elegant tea, with a nice full texture. The scents and flavors are reminiscent of mandarin oranges, with some tangerine zest. A sweet fresh tea. This tea is delicious at 80 degrees, 2 grams per 150ml. Steep for 3 minutes. The word clonal means that the tea bushes are propagated by cuttings, not from seed. It also means that the shrubs are selected for their properties when propagating, and are therefore extra tasty :-)
