Vietnam Jin Xuan Red Beauty Tea, this tea is from Bản Bo, Tam Đường District, Lai Châu, North Vietnam and was picked for us in October 2022. A mild, sweet black/red tea, slightly roasted, pleasantly round in the mouth, sweet with a slightly sour taste, very fruity with honey.
Vietnam Jin Xuan Red Tea, this tea comes from controlled organic cultivation from Ban Bo, Tam Duong, Lai Chau and was picked for us in September 2021. This tea is Rainforest Alliance certified. This tea grows at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. A full-bodied black/red tea, firm, sweet, fruity with honey.

| Brewing western | Black/Red tea: Use 2 grams of tea per cup (200ml) and brew hot, around 90°C, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
| Brewing eastern | Use 3 grams of tea per 100ml of water, the water temperature is between 90 and 100 ° C and short steeps of around 10 seconds. It's best to use a small teapot or gaiwan. |
| Cold Brew | Cold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards. |
