Thee afkomstig uit West Java, Indonesie. De plantage heet Bukit Sari (Buitenzorg) en ligt op het westelijke gedeelte van het eiland. De thee wordt met de hand geplukt en in kleine batches verwerkt en is gemaakt van de Assamica varieteit. Een hoge kwaliteit thee, lekker om iets langer te laten trekken zodat de mooi uitgebalanceerde smaken van tutti frutti, kaneel en geurig hout mooi naar voren komen.
