Thee afkomstig uit West Java, Indonesië. De plantage heet Bukit Sari (voormalig Buitenzorg) en ligt op het westelijke gedeelte van het eiland. De thee wordt met de hand geplukt en in kleine batches verwerkt en is gemaakt van een Assamica varieteit. De thee heeft een milde smaak met een lichte geroosterde kruidig karamel toets, typerend voor dit eiland. Het natte theeblad ruikt naar gedroogde pruimen en kruidnagel. Het is lekker om deze thee net wat langer te zetten, 4 minuten met een westerse zetmethode, de thee wordt wat intenser en een prettige pittige toets naast de volle kruidige zoete smaken.
