Tea from West Java, Indonesia. The plantation is called Bukit Sari (Buitenzorg) and is located on the western part of the island. The tea is hand-picked and processed in small batches and is made from the Assamica variety. The tea has a nose of peach and pepper and tastes like stewed pears and quince.
