Rohini Jethi kupi White Darjeeling. This tea is made from the cultivar BB157 from Darjeeling, India and was picked this year on January  the 20th. The tea is tight, clear, buttery and fruity, muscatel. We traditionally buy this since 2015.

The leaves are only dried slowly, so not heated or shaped.

Jethikupi comes from the Manipuri dialect and means Jasmine flower. In the Nepalese dialect (Gorkhali) the word 'jethi' means eldest daughter, and 'kupi' means funnel or cone-shaped. This refers to the highest plot of the Rohini tea garden.
