Ye Sheng Bai Mu Dan from 2021, wild white tea from Hu Lin, Fu Ding, Fujian, China. This tea grows at an altitude of 280 ~ 400 meters, comes from an abandoned plot and is picked in early spring. The variety is Xiao Bai Hao (small leaf). This tea is, as you can see from the beautiful whole buds, picked and processed by hand. This tea has a beautiful deep golden yellow color, concentrated balanced taste, a nutty character (skins), reminiscent of Scottish whisky, even the aftertaste. A tea that can be poured endlessly and becomes more intense after a long steeping.

| Brewing western | White tea: Use 2 grams of tea and brew cool, around 70°C, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
| Brewing eastern | Use 3 grams of tea per 100ml of water, the water temperature is between 90 and 100 ° C and short steeps of around 10 seconds. It's best to use a small teapot or gaiwan. |
| Cold Brew | Cold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards. |
